Ingredients
1 kg mackerel or horse mackerel
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
25 g butter
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
300 g fresh mushrooms
1/2 bunch parsley
1-2 sprigs savory
10-15 peppercorns
4-5 pepper peppers
1/2 cup (100 ml) wine
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste

Method
Fillets of fish is cut into pieces, add salt is sprinkled with crushed black pepper and allow to stand for 1-2 hours in a cool, then fry in highly preheated oil. In the same fat, sauté until soft chopped onions, sliced mushrooms and pepper peppers. Add the tomato paste, chopped parsley and savory, and wine. Return and fried pieces of fish. Stir the meal, is distributed into pots with a lid, which are placed in a pan with water and stew in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
