Ingredients
          500 g flour
          100 ml milk
          30 g fresh yeast or 9 g dry
          100 g butter
          50 g sugar
          pinch of salt
          2 vanilla
          orange peel
          50 g butter
          100 g brown or white sugar
          50 g finely ground walnuts
              Method
              Mix the flour with the yeast if dry (if fresh dissolve it in hot milk and sugar), add sugar, essence, 100 ml water, milk, salt and vanilla and Knead. Finally, add the soft butter and Knead well. Put a warm place for 1-2 hours to rise well and rolled into thin crust about 6-8 mm. Put the dough in a large rectangular pan (preferably one that comes with the oven). We leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour and make holes with your finger. In each hole put a little butter. Sprinkle with plenty of sugar and nuts and bake at 230 C for about 10 minutes. If necessary dopichame another 5-10 minutes. Once cool, cut the strips and serve.
