Avocado with garlic

1 avocado soften
5-6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp grated cheese in large pieces

Avocado Peel and cut into small pieces. Add Blend garlic, lemon juice and salt. All were passaged for 2-3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Optional before the passage can add 1 tbsp mayonnaise (1 tbsp yogurt or both). Cheese is added after the passage and stir well. * Serve with toast. * Suitable for garnish to different types of cheese.

Then (as it is with sheet) middle - flesh cut into cubes and then spoon carving sheet. Great recipe! :)

have prepared appetizers. 1 used the greater avocado and to obtain a good consistency added a 1. L. Mayonnaise and 4-5 p. L. Yogurt. Was very tasty. Thanks for the recipe!

It was tasty, but next time will be decreased garlic. Became quite spicy.

Kuhn basic mixture added a little dry dill and was very tasty dip. Also slowed garlic 2 cloves.
