Fried Kilkenny with spicy lemon juice

Ingredients
300 g of fish Kilkenny
sunflower oil for frying
1 lemon
1 tbsp chili
1 tbsp lovage
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp thyme
flour tumbling
Method
The fish is washed. Each fish is add some flour and put one by one in the heated sunflower oil, to avoid banging. Lemon juice is drained, add the brown sugar, black pepper, chili, devesilat and thyme. The resulting sauce stir well and add salt to taste, as Kilkenny is not savory. When serving sprinkle with the sauce.

Well, very tasty. More of sprat and not salty. January sold packaged. Waters Kilkenny and somewhere wrote and Lithuania Kilkenny

I love the sauce. I guess fits and other fish-um ... why not?

I think so. I think for other fish it. I've done it and to pangasius. It just should not be very salty fish.
