Fried zucchini in tomato sauce

Ingredients
3 zucchini
5-6 tomatoes
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
300 ml sunflower oil
100 g sifted flour
1/4 connection fresh dill

Method
Courgettes are washed, cleaned at both ends and cut into rings of half a centimeter thick. Add salt rings are well immersed in flour on both sides. Fry until golden on both sides in a highly heated sunflower oil. Ready zucchini subtracted well drained of oil in a deep pot. Separately prepared tomato sauce. In a pan pour in the bottom 100 ml sunflower oil. Add tomatoes and grated carrot. Peel onions and cut into small pieces and then put in the tomatoes. Clove garlic as stripped added throughout. Sauce seasoned with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Boil on low heat to thicken. Finally add the chopped dill. Cooked with sauce pour the fried zucchini. Soup is consumed cold.

In the finished tomato sauce just add crushed garlic. Without onion and carrot.

Courgettes can be grilled, yet so delicious!

This time I made them baked in the oven without them roll in flour. And to make, there are delicious!

I loved this recipe for the first time prepare fried zucchini with other sauce instead of yogurt with garlic :)
