Gobies with spicy sauce

Ingredients
600 g of fish goby
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 lemon
salt
flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying
Method
The spices are mixed with crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt. Gobies are cleaned and coated with the mixture. Leave to stand for about 1 hour. Then rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil.
