Ingredients
2 liters of fresh milk
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
# Necessary utensils:
saucepan
cheesecloth, a cloth or a special cheese cloth
Method
The milk is allowed to stand until it intersects. To speed the process, you can put 1 tbsp lemon juice and let stand overnight. Sour milk is heated to 50 C, cooled, pour into a colander CE, covered with a towel and put in a saucepan. Cloth is tied and left to drain 6 hours in the refrigerator. The longer is pumping, the harder is the cottage cheese. There are about 350 g cottage cheese. Work - 5 minutes + time waiting. Durability: 1 week in the refrigerator.
