Lamb with rosemary

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
1 cup white wine
2-3 tbsp rosemary
5-6 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp vinegar
salt
1 tsp black pepper
Method
Cut the meat into portions. With a sharp knife incision is made in each piece and place it in a clove of garlic and rosemary. It ranks as the meat in the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour a little olive oil, dusted with a little rosemary, add 1 cup water and stew on low heat until the meat turn pink. Pour the wine and let the dish simmer until only their own sauce.

I guess it will be quite tasty. Until now I have not done lamb with rosemary, but will try it.

Baby try with rosemary, it really tasty. I'm rules lamb with rosemary, but another recipe and I NARES.
