Ingredients
400 g lamb
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
3-4 green onions
1/2 bunch parsley
2 parsley root
10 peppercorns
salt
Method
The meat is cut and pour 2 liters of cold water. Boil until soft. Add salt, pepper, grated root parsley and potatoes, chopped onions. Finally add chopped tomatoes. Dosvaryava soup and served sprinkled with chopped parsley.
