Ingredients
2 ready fruit rolls
2 bananas
1 kiwi
1 kg yogurt
2 vanilla
3 packets of gelatin
1 tbsp sugar to caramelize
sugar

Method
Rolls and fruit cut into circles. The walls and bottom of the round bowl rank fruit and some chopped rolls. Gelatin was dissolved in 1 cup water on a hot plate. 1 tbsp sugar is caramelized, then diluted with 200 ml cold water. Mix the milk with the vanilla and sugar to taste. In the milk is broken portion of the roll, then added gelatin. Milk poured into the bowl of fruit already arranged and smoothed with a spoon. Top pieces are arranged roll, playing the role of the base. Roll is syrup with caramel and covered with a tray or large plate. Put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours. By subtracting the cake turns vurhu tray. If this is true, that the cake does not fall from the bowl, the bowl is placed in a deep pot with hot water for a few seconds. The finished cake back home in the refrigerator. Yogurt can replace with cream, kiwi and peach.

Very good recipe, I like it because it is light.
