Layered cake Nesquik

Ingredients
# 1 biscuit base:
2 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp ground walnuts
1-2 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
# For Nesquik krema:
6 yolks
340 ml milk
3 and 1/2 tbsp flour
3 and 1/2 tbsp + 85 g sugar
85 g butter
70 g chocolate Nesquik napita mix (or other chocolate napita soluble powder)
# For Creamy Cream:
370 ml cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
# spreads the bases:
100 g of dark chocolate
40 g butter

Method
Base: Whip with salt. Add the sugar and then the flour and carefully the walnuts. Bake in shape with a diameter of 20 cm in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes. You need to bake 3 such the base. Nesquik cream: Mix the beaten egg yolks with milk, flour and sugar 3.5 tbsp. The mixture was heated under continuous stirring until it thickened. Cooled. Mix the butter with 85 g of sugar, Nesquik powder was added and the cooled custard. The finished cream was left covered in the refrigerator. Creamy Cream: Cream mix with sugar and leave in the fridge. Spread the bases: In double-bottomed vessel (or water bath) Melt the chocolate with the butter. Allow to cool slightly, then divided into 3 parts and are coated biscuit bases. Allow to cool completely. Assembling: base, Nesquik cream, cream cream and repeat 2 more times. Cake stand in the refrigerator one night. Decorate by placing a paper towel on top with carved ornaments with strainer sifted Nesquik powder over it and then carefully removed. This motif appears beautiful on the cake.
