Lemon Cream Snowflake

Ingredients
400 g of yogurt (3 or 4%)
400 g sour cream
60 g of powdered sugar
20 g sweet fruit (strawberries, raspberries or other)
1 lemon
10 g cocoa granules
10 g brown sugar
4 crushed biscuits
Method
Yogurt and cream mix and break down well with a fork until a homogeneous mixture. Add the powdered sugar and stir until complete melting of the sugar. The resulting mixture is distributed in equal parts in three courts. To milk cream in the first vessel was added cocoa and stir to completely dissolve the granules and a uniform brown milk cream. To milk cream in the second vessel was added fruit jam and mix well until a red / pink / yellow (depending on the color of the fruit jam) milk cream. To milk cream in the third vessel is added grated peel of one lemon and mix well again. thus obtained three different dairy cream is distributed in glass dessert cups transparent, alternating colors - brown, red / pink, white. Top sprinkle with finely crushed biscuits and decorated with a triangular piece of lemon, which has previously sprinkled with plenty of brown sugar.

great dessert! Now I have prepared. I put more icing sugar and vanilla added, then divided it into three parts as indicated. Biscuits them milled flour and sprinkle them with rum esentseya and used sweet cherry.
