Ingredients
          200 g veal

          20 g butter
          150 g sour cream

          1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk

          1/2 cup (100 g) flour

              Method
              Finely chopped onion fry in butter until yellowing, add very finely chopped veal, Fry is, sprinkle red pepper, pour broth , add salt and stew until soft. At the end of stew added 50 g cream.
