Ingredients
400 g small mushrooms
50 ml olive oil
2 sprigs of herbs of your choice (parsley, dill)
300 g feta cheese
2 red peppers
2-3 cloves garlic
1 grain black pepper
4 pieces of lemon peel
salt
2 sprigs rosemary (optional)

Method
Washed and dried mushrooms fried in olive oil. Add the washed and chopped herbs and immediately remove pan from heat. The cooled mixture add diced feta cheese, chopped garlic, chopped peppers, lemon slices, pepper and salt. The mixture is poured into a jar of dried 1 l and make up with olive oil until coated products. Close and put in the fridge for two weeks, after which already can be consumed. Note: If you do not add the feta cheese, mushrooms thus prepared can be pasteurized and preserve for winter, closing the jar sterilize 10 minutes.
