Moussaka from dock (nettle, spinach, salt bush)

Ingredients
3 handfuls of sorrel or nettle, spinach, salt bush
1 bunch spring onions
2 cup short macaroni
5 tbsp sunflower oil
50 g butter
100 g feta cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup milk
salt
pepper

Method
Pasta Boil 8 cups boiling salted water. Rhubarb cut into julienne and stew in the heated sunflower oil with onions. Add part of the flour and crumbled feta cheese. All stir well and season with salt and pepper. In a greased baking dish with butter placed order of pasta, turn the mixture with dock. Top should be put noodles. Remaining butter is distributed top and pour 1 cup milk, 1 egg broken. Thus prepared moussaka bake 10 minutes, then pour the second egg, broken with the other milk and flour. Bake 5-6 minutes. Serve with yogurt.
