Moussaka eggplant

Ingredients
600-700 g eggplant
3-4 onions
4-5 tomatoes
sunflower oil
2 peppers
parsley
3 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Onions, sliced , stew. Add the peppers, cut into rings by pozadushat, put a small portion of the tomatoes, add salt and add the chopped parsley and pepper. In the tray at the bottom of which is placed circles in red tomatoes, ranked order of fried eggplants on which puts part of roux, top again tomatoes that salting, line eggplant and top sprinkles flour. Moussaka pour a little water and bake.
