Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
100 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
50 g butter
100 g onion
2 eggs
200 g yogurt
200 ml milk
150 g rice
40 g flour
1 parsley
salt
Method
Chopped onion stew in the vegetable oil until soft. Add rice, pour hot water (ratio 1: 2) and stew until swelling. Of the butter, flour, milk and eggs are prepared Bechamel sauce.
