Ingredients
5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
6 tbsp water
2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling
walnuts or almonds for decoration
vanilla
# For the syrup:
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
125 g butter

Method
With mixer beat eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white and becomes fluffy. Gradually add the oil and water, stirring well. Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla and gradually add to egg mixture. Stir well and poured into pre-oiled and sprinkled with flour cake form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C ° (about 50 minutes). Once prepared was allowed to stand for ten minutes in an oven turned off and is then subtracted. While the cake is cooling prepare the syrup. In a deep bottomed pot on medium high heat put to melt the butter. Add sugar, cocoa, and finally water. The mixture needs to boil ten minutes to thicken. Get out of it from the fire to cool and then transferred into a kettle. Make holes with a pencil on the cake a distance of 2 cm from each other, we fill them with syrup carefully. Very interesting cake, put to favorites! :)
I've cake years ago and became juicy and very sweet. Sometimes put holes in honey, chocolate or nectar for variety, but I have not thought to put walnuts. The dough is not like brioche :)
