Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
50 ml sunflower oil
butter
Method
In a pan heat the butter and add goals cleaned mushrooms. Fry from all sides until golden, from time to time mix. Smash the garlic cloves and add to the soy sauce with the oil. Mushrooms are confused with the finished sauce and served warm.
