Pears cocoa

Ingredients
1 jar (800 g) of pear compote
750 ml milk
1 vanilla
4 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp starch
1 tbsp vishnovka
Method
Milk is boiled with sugar and vanilla. Eggs broken cocoa and starch pre fuzzy little of cold milk. Pour in the milk. The mixture is allowed to thicken over low heat, stirring constantly. Allow to harden in the fridge. Attention is on a serving plate and garnish with pears quarters. Juice compote boil to thicken, add vishnovkata cake and pour the resulting syrup.
