Pork chops with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
4 steaks
80 g butter
1 onion
120 g mushrooms
150 g cream
300 ml meat broth
3 tbsp flour
4 potatoes
pepper
salt

Method
Crushed steaks are put salt, sprinkle with black pepper on both sides and fry in half of the butter. When the steaks are ready to put aside in the same court added the other half of the butter, onion, finely chopped, and fry until yellow. Add the flour and chopped mushrooms and fry, add the cream and broth and stir. Finally, to put the sauce and already fried steak dish and stew for about half an hour. Add the diced potatoes, add salt, sprinkle pepper and stew until soft potatoes and meat. If necessary, can be added a little meat broth.

Well, they are prepared with potatoes, mashed potatoes that I do not need. I think gasket is unnecessary, but a matter of taste everyone can complement something extra
