Ingredients
1 kg pork liver
6-7 onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup white wine
1 cup cooking cream
salt
pepper
bay leaf - optional

Method
Chop into slices and place in pan. To it was added chopped into large chunks gras, salt, pepper, bay leaf, the oil, wine, cream and very little water (about 1/3 cup). Mix everything very well and the tray is placed in a moderately heated oven, stirring occasionally. The dish is ready when the liver is tender and sauce is thickened.
