Ingredients
          1 1/2 cups flour
          2 tbsp sugar
          1 tsp salt
          2 and 1/2 cup milk
          2 potatoes
          100 ml sunflower oil
          2 eggs
          20 g fresh yeast
              Method
              Yeast dissolved in a portion of the milk with sugar. Eggs are broken foam, add the dissolved yeast, the rest milk, flour and salt. Mix well. Add the oil. The potatoes are grated and pour in the mixture. Mix again. Fry on both sides in a large, oiled pan.     * 1 cup = 230 ml   * For 4 servings.
