Potato polenta

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
100 g cheese
30 g butter
salt
Method
Cook potatoes and peel. The butter is mixed with egg yolks, grated cheese and add to the slightly cooled and mashed potatoes. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and carefully added to the mixture. Kneaded with a little flour dough. On a cotton cloth and put the dough is rolled up. Wrap the towel and zavrazvat both ends. Place in a pan of boiling salted water and boil not very high heat 15 minutes. Remove polentata, leave to cool a little and then develop the towel. Cut into slices and pour the hot butter. Polentata is served as a side dish with various meats and sauces.
