Potato rings

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
4 eggs
200 g cottage cheese
30 g yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
sunflower oil
parsley or dill
salt
bacon or ham
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into discs. Arrange in a large pan slightly interspaced. Sprinkled with sunflower oil and sprinkled with salt. Put them to pozapekat to pink and then top rank pieces of ham or bacon. The eggs are mixed with the cottage cheese, milk, soda and chopped parsley. Pour over potatoes and baked to readiness.
