Ingredients
1 jar roasted peppers
100 g feta cheese
2 eggs
100-150 g sausage
sunflower oil
Method
Peppers split in half lengthwise. Half spread in a greased baking dish with sunflower oil. Top Spread the crumbled feta cheese and diced sausage. Cover with remaining peppers. The dish is baked in a moderate oven.
