25 g flour
175 ml milk
3 eggs
50 g grated feta cheese Parmesan

120 g smoked salmon
150 ml cream

Method
The butter is melted in a saucepan, mix the flour and stir over low heat until it becomes like a thick paste. Gradually, a stream is added to the milk, stirring can not burn and boil for 1-2 min, then removed from heat. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the egg yolks, 2/3 of the Parmesan, parsley and half the dill. Whip foam and carefully added to the mixture. In a pan put baking paper and pour the mixture.
