Ingredients
8 thin slices ham
8 thin slices cheese
150 g feta cheese River (feta)
2 pickles
2 pickled peppers
parsley
pepper
leeks
Method
The feta cheese is crushed and mixed with spices. Dab on the ham, put the top slice of cheese on top julienne peppers and cucumber. Wound on rolls and tied with strips cut from the leeks.
