Salad with eggplant and sesame

Ingredients
2 eggplants (400-500 g)
2 tomatoes (150 g)
2 tsp sesame sunflower oil
2 tsp lime juice or lemon
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
2- 3 tbsp roasted sesame + more for a little sprinkling
1 clove garlic
red pepper flakes, optional hot
salt

Method
Eggplants baked objectives heated stove or BBQ or in the oven and immediately put in a pan for 20-30 minutes stew and peeling easier. Then peel and cut into cubes (2 cm) or namachvat with a fork. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes (0.5-1 cm). Mix chopped vegetables, crushed garlic and other products and mix. The salad is served sprinkled with sesame seeds.
