Universal pizza dough and mekitsi

500 g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
7 g dry yeast
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg

1 cup Fill halfway with warm water, add sugar with yeast. Leave to rise for about 5-10 minutes. During this time, in a bowl mix the egg, yoghurt, the oil and salt. Stir well and add a cup of effervescent yeast. Stir well. Mixed with flour and interfere until a fluffy dough, not sticky hands. Leave for about an hour the dough to rise.

my dough is like because I do not keep accurate proportions and products-improvise according to the situation. But this dough is best for me.
