Salad of mushrooms

Ingredients
600 g mushrooms mushrooms
5 hard boiled eggs
3-4 pickles
200 g mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
salt, pepper, parsley
Method
Mushrooms are cut and boil about 15 minutes. Put them in a colander and drain the water by pressing. Eggs and cucumbers are finely chopped and everything is mixed with mayonnaise, cream and spices. Decorate with sprigs of parsley.
