Sea bream a la Thoreau

Ingredients
4 bream
2-3 zucchini
3-4 potatoes
2 lemons
500 ml white wine
oil
40 g butter
pepper
salt

Method
Filleted and boned bream flavor with salt and pepper and fry in olive oil heated strongly for 30-50 seconds on each side, then pour the white wine and stew until ready. This is done in portions according to the pan. Peel the courgettes and clean and the meat is cut into long, thin strips. They are allowed to marinated in salt, olive oil, lemon slices and lemon juice for about 5-10 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices and arrange in a bowl, covered with baking paper and spread with butter. Place a row of potatoes, salt, pepper and melted butter and piecing so until completion of potatoes. Pepper and salt are placed in rows 2-3 and butter on each line. Ordered on potatoes put a pot full of water (the size of the tray with potatoes) to press and cover the potatoes. Bake at 180 C for 2 h. Marinated zucchini used for sofas, on them put 2 fillets of fish and chips portion of roasted potatoes.
