Chocolate sponge cake with raisins

1 egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup flour
1 ml brandy essence
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp cognac
2 tbsp cocoa

Egg stir with a mixer. Add successively with stirring sugar, the oil, yogurt and soda, flour and essence. Insert Cocoa. Add pre-soaked for 30 minutes in the cognac raisins. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake form and bake until ready in preheated oven at 170 C. Once cool sprinkle with powdered sugar. Optional cake can be flooded with chocolate icing or melted chocolate.

Today I made the cake, but instead put walnuts and raisins 2 eggs. Became very very well, but I was a little sugar - we love more sweet. Next time we will put plenty of sugar. Thanks for the nice recipe!

I did it in the recipe and was very tasty. Even put melted chocolate, as it says that can be added as desired.
