Ingredients
1 hard-boiled egg
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
1 slice bread
Method
Yolks mashed (best with a wooden spoon), gradually pour the oil. Finally, add salt and pepper. The slices are coated with pate and scatter with chopped or grated egg whites.
