Ingredients
300 g pork
3 potatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion
1 carrot
200 g sauerkraut
2 tomatoes
1 dry pepper
paprika, salt
lemon juice, a pinch of sugar
parsley
Method
Pork meat is cut into pieces and boil in lightly salted water for 30 minutes. The potatoes are peeled, cut into pieces and added with the meat. Separately in the oil fry the onion, carrot and cabbage. Once the potatoes are soft, roux is poured into the pan with the meat. The soup is seasoned to taste, put the crushed dry pepper, minced meat tomatoes, optional parsley and boil on low heat until soft products.
