Spicy Mushroom

Ingredients
1 kg mushrooms (maybe wild)
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 packet limontuzo
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp crushed allspice
1 tsp savory
2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch dill

Method
Mushrooms - washed, cleaned and cut - put in the boiling marinade of water, the oil, salt and limontuzoto 20 minutes. Excludes heat and add spices. Court Cover and so presedyava 12 hours. Mushrooms are poured into jars, make the marinade and close. Sterilized for 15 minutes.

What I can not comprehend how will boil 1 pound of mushrooms in 1 cup water.

My mushrooms contain a lot of water. And mussels. Moreover, they are cut placed more than enough.

How jar (and what) is closed from 1 dose?
