Sponge cake-heart for Valentine

Ingredients
# For the dough:
160 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp hot water
60 g sugar
1 vanilla
# For the filling:
50 g vanilla pudding powder or starch
2 ff. of sugar
250 ml milk
# For decoration:
100 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp black currant liqueur
Water
1/2 cup blackcurrant fruit or optional
Method
Froth eggs and hot water. Add sugar and vanilla and stir. Finally, carefully add the flour and baking powder. Take 5 shapes (heart-shaped and measuring about 10x10 cm) oilte them and distribute the dough. Bake at 220 C for 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove from trays and leave to cool. From the pudding powder 2 tbsp sugar and milk boil cream. Remove from the heat and leave it to cool from time to time stirring. Slotted carefully hearts in the middle, coated with pudding and join again. Arrange them in a large bowl with sharp point inward to touch. Removing of powdered sugar 1 tbsp remaining sugar together with black currant liqueur and famous water to make a thick syrup. It carefully seasoning hearts. Then doukrasyavat with blackcurrant and remaining powdered sugar. You rather small forms to use a large form. Currants can substitute other fruit optional, but in this case you have to adjust and what to be liquor for the sugar syrup.
