Stew with lukanka and leek

Ingredients
7-8 sprigs (1 kg) leek
4-5 (250 g) tomatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
300 g lukanka (sausage)
1 / 2 cups (100 g) fat
salt
Method
Leeks are cleaned and washed, cut into small pieces and fry in the oil, then stir in the red pepper and stew with chopped tomatoes. Pour hot water (to cover), and boil until soft. Add the chopped into small pieces lukanka. Dish add salt to taste and boil to soften the lukanka.

I only like to do, but leeks and bake mestse oil, broth and a little water in a saucepan Jena.

The dish can be prepared without tomatoes but instead with flood water with cabbage soup. Is delicious.
