Stuffed eggs with yoghurt

Ingredients
10 hard boiled eggs
3-4 carrots
400 g yoghurt
parsley and dill
oil
pepper, salt

Method
Eggs are divided into halves removed is yolks and mix with grated carrots, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Egg whites are filled with this mixture over them and put 1 tbsp of strained yogurt, optionally seasoned with salt and crushed garlic. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill and served on a salad of green onions.
