Ingredients
4-5 pears
3 yolks
5-6 tbsp sugar
150 ml milk
1 vanilla
10 g gelatin
1 lemon

Method
Milk is boiled with vanilla. Yolks are broken with sugar until white set and swell. Pour steamed milk and stir well. Grate is lemon peel and is drained and added to the cream. The gelatin is soaked in water and allowed to swell. Is melted and added to the cream and allowed to cool. Pears are cleaned from the seeds with a knife and carefully carved inside them. Filled with start tightening cream. Under each pear put a slice of lemon.
