Ingredients
1/2 cup sprouted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup seedlings of alfalfa (lucerne)
1/2 cup sprouted buckwheat
2-3 sprigs of parsley
2 cloves garlic
3-4 tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 tbsp almond sunflower oil
1 tsp canola sunflower oil
1 tsp dry basil
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
optional: chili
4 zucchini

Method
Soak in water sunflower seeds, buckwheat and alfalfa (separately) overnight, then drain the water and leave about 1-2 days to germinate. Rinse two times a day the seeds with water. Alfalfa needs more time until grow green seedlings. The first picture you can see what they look like the sprouts and seedlings. Beat in a blender or food processor, tomatoes, parsley, garlic, pepper, spices and the oil / olive oil. To smooth the broken mixture add goals sprouted grains - sunflower, buckwheat and alfalfa. Gently stir the mixture with a spoon. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and carve their interior with a spoon as possible deeper. Fill boats (carved zucchini) with the mixture of seeds and vegetables and serve. * The recipe is suitable for Raw foodists.
