Terrine of eggplants

Ingredients
# For the terrine:
500 g roasted eggplant
3 eggs
100 g feta cheese
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 red peppers
pepper, salt
4-5 cloves garlic
# TOPPING :
100 g mayonnaise
4 tbsp yogurt
juice of half a lemon
30 g butter - spreads
breadcrumbs - for sprinkling
2 boiled eggs - ornaments

Method
Baked and peeled eggplants drain nice and Strain. Add to chopped peppers, previously beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and garlic blend. Pour into greased thoroughly with melted butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form. Bake in a water bath for 40 minutes. After terrine cool from the form and turns. Watered with topping of mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Arranged with boiled eggs.

This time I added a bunch of parsley and put roasted peppers. TOPPING I just mayonnaise.
