Veal fillet with cream cheese

Ingredients
125 g cream cheese
600 g beef fillet
200 g tomatoes
40 g butter
4 tbsp cream
3 tbsp flour
frying fat
salt
pepper
Method
Beef tenderloin is cleaned from the skins, cut across the four pieces, add salt add some flour and fry in fat. Peel tomatoes and ground. Cow butter is melted, add to it the feta cheese, cream and minced meat tomatoes. 1 tbsp flour is diluted with a little cold water, mix with the cream and add to the tomatoes and the feta cheese. When serving beef tenderloin pour the sauce and served with pasta or mashed potatoes.
