Ingredients
2 eggplants
2 courgettes
250 g of tomato paste
2-3 peppers (green)
2-3 potatoes
2 carrots
onion - heads and fresh
1 clove garlic
parsley
pepper, salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
Method
Courgettes, potatoes, peppers and carrots sliced across the length and arrange in pan casually. Top cut onions, spring onions and lots of parsley. All pour tomato sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray with a little olive oil or sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven 200-220C an hour - hour and a half. Stirring over 20-30 minutes. When the vegetables remain only fat are ready. Do not add any water. Once ready, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Served with a plate of cheese or feta cheese.

How big is the box of tomato paste? And puree or juice?

This standard boxes is a very controversial issue. And whether mashed wondering because my is pretty thick and I could hardly pour anything with it ... diluted with a little water, then :)
on garlic and sprinkled some cheese ... very tasty camp. Five of me for delicious recipe! :)
