Zander tomatoes

Ingredients
800 g fillet zander
4-5 tomatoes
200 g cheese
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper

Method
Fish is cut into large pieces. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Cut the tomatoes into rings. Grate the cheese. In pan lining consistently - row tomatoes row tomatoes row and fish. Watered with olive oil. Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake again for 5-6 minutes until browned cheese.

Very tasty fish. I was tried.

Great recipe, I found it by accident and certainly very tempted me pictures! :) I used carp falsified with thyme and garlic, was something very very tasty! I hope I have dealt equally successfully with the pictures (which I leave tomorrow course) ... :) Quiet night at all!
