Apples baked in batter

Ingredients
125 g flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp olive oil or other vegetable oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp brandy or rum
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 apples
butter for smearing
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Eggs milk, salt and olive oil are broken, mixed with flour and 1/2 cup water and broken again very well. The resulting dough was allowed to stand for several hours. Apples are cleaned, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with sugar, brandy or rum and lemon juice. In warm and brushed with butter pan pour a thin and even layer of dough slightly. Top put two slices of apple and pour a little more dough. Bake the pancakes on both sides. Serve hot, spread with butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
