2-3 eggplants or 1 jar sterilized (800 g)
250 g minced meat
1 onion
1 clove garlic
5-6 tomatoes
1 cup milled rice
parsley

Method
Eggplant cut into slices and add salt. Minced meat stew with onions and spices. Tomatoes cut into rings. Eggplant fried after only one side (if fresh), ranks at the bottom of a teflon pan (it can be given later) at a thickness of about 2 cm. Place top tomato rings on them pour unfinished mince, rice on it. Add spices and carefully pour 1 cup water or tomato juice if canned. Boil without removing the lid of the pot - 20-30 minutes. After kata is cooked and turns cool in pan. Sprinkle with parsley.
