Breaded veal cutlets with mushrooms and carrots

Ingredients
4 veal cutlets
2 eggs
5 tbsp milk
4-5 tbsp flour
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
carrots 4
15-20 mushrooms
fat frying
Method
Cleaned from the skins chops are salting and scatter pepper. Dip in batter made from eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of salt, then in breadcrumbs and fry on one side in hot fat. Turn around and add chopped carrots and mushrooms. As fry on both sides, the chops are removed in a warm dish, carrots and mushrooms and fry a few more minutes, savory with a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with pepper and spread over chops and side pour the fat from frying.
