Brown bread with walnuts and garlic bread machine

2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
225 g flour type
450 g white flour
1 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast or 20 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3-4 walnuts
1-2 cloves garlic

In court baking machine is first placed olive oil. Then pour 330 ml water at room temperature - if you put dry yeast, if you put fresh yeast from the cube, put 300 ml water, and in the remaining 30 ml water, dissolve the yeast. In water, salt is added. The flour is sieved and poured into water, taking care to cover all the liquid, which does not mix with the yeast, which is placed on the flour. Finally puts and 1 tbsp sugar. Is placed on the program for 1 kg of bread. During the kneading a beep sounds, which is an indication of adding more brittle components. Then open the lid of the machine and place the chopped walnuts and garlic. After baking the bread is placed on a rack to cool.
