Ingredients
2 eggs
12 tbsp sugar
12 tbsp sunflower oil
12 tbsp yogurt
12 tbsp flour
2 tsp soda
200 g apples
cinnamon
2-3 tbsp semolina
powdered sugar
Method
Mix eggs, sugar, the oil, flour and yogurt with pre extinguished it soda. Half of the prepared mixture is poured into a greased and floured pan. Put onto it grate apples, mixed with cinnamon and semolina (apples must be good squeeze before). On apples put the other half of the mixture. Bake at 180 C. Finish sprinkle with powdered sugar.
